Chaque membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe doit participer \u00e0 un minimum de deux matchs de qualification et \u00e0 un match final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les joueurs peuvent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;au d\u00e9but officiel des matchs.
